(More customer reviews)After having this watch for 3 months I have had no problems with it. It keeps time well and looks nice, I receive compliments on it often. The crystal seams to be durable I do not have any scratches on mine after 3 months of use. It is a little hard to set the time and date so don't loose your instruction booklet (I think you can find it on Citizen's website if you do). Overall it is a quality timepiece and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I also like that I will never have to buy a battery for it, just another plus in my book.
