(More customer reviews)Watchzone is clumsy and incompetent.The product I ordered never arrived.Instead of the $900 Gucci men's watch that I ordered and anxiously expected to arrive, I received a $450 woman's watch that Watchzone later reluctantly claimed was mispackaged.Watchzone paid no mind or concern for the effort I had to take to drive to UPS (the package had to be signed for an I work during the day so I had to drive to a UPS location to sign for it) or for the time and effort it took to repackage and drive back to the UPS location.When I called to try and return the obvious mistake, Watchzone was clueless.At no time did they apologize or offer any compensation for their mistake.Needless to say, after this painful experience, I did not try to get my originally ordered watch.
