(More customer reviews)I received this watch as a gift and was so excited to own such a handsome watch!I must say that I am the type of person who puts a watch on and leaves it on. If you are the same, DO NOT BUY this watch!Within a week, I started to see my sleek black watch band start to turn silver.The black coating seemed to melt away and leave a silver mess.Now I need to wonder if replacing the band will solve my problem or renew it.I do however, like the luminous dial and comfort this watch offers. It's always easy to read in the day of night. So I Love it and Hate it!

Perfectly sized for smaller wrists, this Movado Junior Sport men's chronograph is a great introduction to Movado's blend of modern style and Swiss timepiece precision. The stainless steel watch case and bracelet band are finished with a black PVD coating (Physical Vapour Deposition), which provides a fashionable exclamation point as well as improves wear and corrosion properties. The round watch case is topped by a unidirectional rotating bezel that features black engraved elapsed time markings, a luminous zero point, and coin-edged detailing for a sure grip under any condition. Befitting its more sporty orientation, the black dial face includes luminous Arabic numeral hour markers, small minute indexes, luminous baton hands (with seconds hand), and a date window at 4 o'clock. This chronograph can time events down to 1/10 of a second and it includes three round subdials that display minutes, seconds, and tenths of seconds.
Powered by a precise Swiss quartz movement, it also features a highly scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and water resistance to 30 meters (99 feet)--enabling it to withstand splashes and accidental dunks into the water, but not suitable for swimming. It's completed by a classic triple-link stainless steel bracelet band that mixes brushed and polished links and is joined by a hidden butterfly deployment clasp.
